This phone conversation is between and Iranian official who called Sheikh Zakzaky after a massacre of Shiite muslims in Zaria by the Nigerian army. Zakzaky fled the situation and went into hiding at his residence in Zaria. He was apprehended later by the Nigerian military and photos emerged that he was severely injured.
